完全倒裝：將整個謂語移至主語前面(介詞短語，時間副詞，地址副詞等等置于句首)。

eg：There comes the bus。
某些副詞在句首且句子主語是名詞
地址副詞，there，here等等。
eg：Here are my replies to your questions。

時間副詞，then，now等等
